Tirages lambda plexicollés, 90 x 54 cm, 2013-2018
Le spectateur déambule dans l’espace de la « ville-monde », sculptée par la lumière du sténopé. Le point de vue est frontal, à hauteur d’œil.
L’absence de l’homme met en évidence la structure architectonique ; l’humain y est inscrit en creux. L’image, légèrement floue et peu saturée en couleurs, donne un aspect fantomatique et fait appel à la mémoire… Le spectateur se projette.
Comme des relevés topographiques, les photographies font croire à une objectivité. Mais derrière un regard apparemment froid, il y a un plaisir de la forme et de la distance, un plaisir physique. Le « corps-caméra ».

«Percées» (breakthroughs)

The viewer wanders through the space of the «global city» sculpted by the light of the pinhole. The view is frontal, eye-level.
The absence of man highlights the architectural structure; the human is inscribed hollow. Image slightly blurred and low saturated colors, gives a ghostly appearance and calling for the memory ... The viewer projects himself.
As topographic survey, photographs do believe in objectivity. But behind a cold appearance look, there is a pleasure of the form and the distance, a physical pleasure. The «body-camera.»
